Rosé Premier Cru ‘Cuis’ ~ Pierre Gimonnet
The colour is a very pale pink, but very crystal-clear and pure.
To the nose and mouth, the attack is both citrus from Chardonnay and small red fruits from Pinot Noir. The liveliness and airy notes slowly give place to creamy notes with an elegant finish, finely mineral with touches of tangerine.

Sancerre Rosé ~ Domaine Jean-Paul Balland
A bright salmon colour, the initial bouquet offers the scent of roses, opening out into aromas of fresh almonds, peonies and spices. On the palate an excellent acidity associated with the fruity crispness of morello cherries. Floral nuances in the mid-palate are reinforced by ripe tannins, announcing a tangy, gourmet final.

Sancerre ~ Domaine Jean-Paul Balland
Brilliant Burlat cherry-red in appearance and beautifully intense. Jean-Paul Balland has created something really special when it comes to this red wine from the region of Sancerre. This wine is made exclusively of Pinot Noir and is cultivated on 2.15 hectares of chalky clay soils.
The grapes are put in stainless still vats for maceration for about twenty days.Two thirds of the harvest have then been aged in new oak casks before they are bottled for 12 months before being released. The final result is a fine concentration of black fruits with rich aromas of stewed fruits, cinnamon, vanilla, toffee and cedar.
