Created twenty years ago by Jacques Saumaize and his wife Nathalie, the area covers eight hectares and covers three designations: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran and Macon Blanc.
The culture is traditional, with three tillage by year, simple Guyot trellising and systematic pruning. Each parcel are harvested at optimal maturity, vinified and bottled separately.
