Pomerol ~ Lafleur Saint-Jean
£1,031.40 Per Case (Ex VAT) Equiv price per bottle 85.95 (ex VAT)Château Lafleur Saint-Jean has a rich history in Pomerol, nestled between some of the most well- established names in Pomerol. The vineyard shares a plot of land with Petrus – the vines are so close they are almost touching!
Produced on three plots located between Petrus and Lafleur Petrus on the high plateau of Pomerol. The soil is composed of very deep layer of red gravel, resting on a clay subsoil.
Extremely modest in size, Lafleur Saint-Jean is only 1.2 hectares. Everything is done by hand and around 20 manual passages are necessary between pruning and harvest in order to obtain perfectly ripe and healthy grapes.
The vat room is made up of 4 small capacity stainless steel tanks, thermo-regulated, the shape of which promotes excellent maceration between the juice and the marc. Aging occurs in 100% new French oak barrels and bottled at the property, without filtration.
Rich, decadent with notes of chocolate, dark cherry, plums and spice, soft tannins and elegance.
Best paired with beef, venison and roast chicken. -

Provence ~ Luberon ~ Château Fontenille
£155.40 Per Case (Ex VAT) Equiv price per bottle 12.95 (ex VAT)Blend of multitude of desserts, this wine is a paradox. The nose can be compared to a superposition of several layers or aromas. Chocolate and cocoa brings an almost childish and gourmand touch. The second layer of fresh fruits (cherry, starwberry, raspberry) offers to the whole elegance and balance. In the mouth, the attack begins with delicacy before leaving room for notes of bitter chocolate and spices. No doubt, it is an adult dessert?
Grape Variety: Grenache and Syrah
Aromas: Chocolate, Raspberry, Cherry

Grape Variety: Grenache, Syrah & Cinsault
Aromas: Strawberry, Bubblegum, Cherry
