'Cuvée Classique'
The owner, Monsieur Eric Fabre, has spent a lifetime making wine, including eight years at Château Lafite Rothschild in Bordeaux. In 2001 he realised a dream when he bought this vineyard overlooking the Mediterranean. The wine is deep red in colour and has a complex full bodied bouquet - it has a blend of black fruits, vanilla and liquorice.
