Alsace Gewürztraminer "K"
Domaine Paul Kubler
Intense rose aromas with exotics fruits and redcurrant hints. The wine is very rich on the palate but maintains a long and delicate finish. One particular note to mention is when selecting this wine, we were very aware of many Gewürztraminer wines, especially from Alsace tending to be too high in sugar. By utilising cold fermentation, the winemaker has made a fresh wine, paying attention to a lower sweetness, yet still capturing the exotic and sweet aromas in the wine.
