Hand picked grapes from the 'lieu dit' parcel Dorfburg. Ripe, musky aromas of exotic fruits and smoke. Then sweet, spicy and stylish, with good concentration to the flavors of ripe nectarine and spices. Jean-Geiler emphasized that he always picks early, to retain adequate levels of acidity ensuring the wine is not too sweet. The wine remains fresh, fruity and delicious.
Serve between 10-14˚C.
