A very fine golden-coloured wine - deliciously toasted with a rare depth and quality.
There are notes of rose petals, honeysuckle, white currants, orange marmalade, and an intense liqueur of stone that is only found in the greatest white Hermitages, Montrachets, and Meursault-Perrieres.
This white Hermitage is made from the lesser known Roussanne and Marsanne grape varieties, which grow particularly well in this area.
It possesses 16.5% finished alcohol, but it is well-delineated and fresh.
