Sauternes Château Simon
Scents of preserved grapes and toast breathe out in the bouquet - there is softness and warmth on the palate.
Fifth generation winemaker for this area of 17 ha (85% Semillon, 12% Sauvignon and 3% Muscadelle).
We are amazed with this 2003 Sauternes, sweet and fresh on the palate, a lovely creaminess, with nuances of brioche. It is a wine full of finesse, with persistent aromas.
Like the Cuvée Exception, here is the bottle to cellar for future happiness on the occasion of a great dinner.
