Bligny's Grande Reserve is a 50-50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that exhibits a refined character of ripe fresh fruit and well balanced acidity.
A fortunate find, this champagne is not from a merchant, but from a single vineyard. It is very well made and has true class, soft bubbles and a good balance of fruit.
