Château Colombier Monpelou

Full of promise, this wine has an excellent colour, fine bouquet and harmonious balance. The proprietor, Monsieur Jugla, is president of the Pauillac producers. Deep red colour, with very good Cabernet Sauvignon character - classic cigar box, mint and blackcurrant aromas. Serve with a tender chateaubriand, confit de canard or breast of wood pigeon. Drinking beautifully now. Age 5+ years.
