Wine Club Terms & Conditions
1. Introductory Offer Terms: You can cancel your membership at any time although if you accept the introductory offer of second case half price we ask that you take at least 4 further Wine Club deliveries.
2. If you cancel your membership before you have purchased 4 further cases, Earle Wines reserves the right to recoup the discount cost in full.
3. As long as you give us 2 weeks notice before a delivery is due to be made you can make a variety of one-off changes to your membership. For example, you can switch to an alternative case, add another case or skip a delivery altogether. All we ask is that you settle any outstanding balances before your wines are delivered.
All Terms & Conditions
1. We will not sell wine to persons under the age of 18.
2. All our prices are exclusive of VAT (for trading purposes).
3. All our prices are based on current rates of excise duties and taxes.
4. Orders will only be despatched once payment has been received and confirmed.
5. Orders will normally arrive within a week of confirmed receipt of payment. You will be notified in the event of any delay beyond this.
6. Any breakages must be notified in order for you to receive a refund or replacement of the breakages.
7. Any wines which you don’t deem suitable to drink or are which corked, we will happily replace free of charge.
8. All our wines are offered subject to availability—an alternative or a refund will be offered in the event of wines being out of stock.
9. Earle Wines reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice.
10. Should you wish to cancel an order, please notify us at least 48 hours before delivery is due. Any notification after this time may result in the delivery being made at cost to the customer.
11. You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you ‘checkout’, is accurate, current and complete in all respects. You will notify us of any changes in the personal information by e-mail or in writing. We treat all Personal Information as confidential and save it on a secure server fully complying with all applicable UK data and consumer protection legislation.
12. We reserve the right not to accept orders.
13. Earle Wines is a UK registered company and any disputes or claims must be settled under UK law.
