Domaine Le Réviseur

Le Reviseur: Petite Champagne cognac that comes from a single estate which has been cultivated with great care for several generations. Cognac Le Réviseur carries the attributes which have made Petite Champagne famous: depth, body and aromatic richness. The estate is spread over 90 hectares in the heart of the Petite Champagne region. Deep soils orientated east – west produce a rich aromatic grape. Distillation in small stills (1600 litres per batch) combined with ageing in dry cellars allows blending of full-bodied Cognacs which rapidly express the potential of this “terroir”: a concentrate of aromas.
