Domaine de L'Abbaye de Brully

Domaine de L’Abbaye de Brully is owned by Christian Roux, a member of the well-know burgundian family “Roux”, located in the village of Saint-Aubin, in Côte d’Or.

In 1985, Christian and his brother Régis have extended the Family vineyard through the acquisition of several new vineyard, thus developing a strong family domaine brand and continuing the same passion and know-how for rising up this Estate.

The wines are produced using age-old traditions combined with today’s most advanced technologies (especially in terms of temperature control, analysis, and inspection/sampling).

The wines age in oak casks for between 12 and 18 months, depending on the vintage and "terroir".

The white Burgundy wines, benefiting from a fansatic climate and relief, are rich and complex with hints of vanilla, hazelnut, toasted almonds, yellow peach and honey.

Well suited to age, the red Burgundy wines are full-bodied and elegant, with flavours of fresh red fruits.
