This special cuvée is named after Compte Laurent de Bosredon’s grandmother who lived to 102. From a selection of Sauvignon (70%), Sémillon (20%) and Muscadelle (10%) vines, the grapes are sorted to ensure that they are of perfect condition and maturity. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in oak barrels (Allier oak)
