Côtes du Rhône Rosé ‘Bellissime’ ~ Reserve Grand Veneur
This pale-hued wine with cherry red highlights has an exceptionally elegant bouquet and intensity on the palate – just like biting into fresh grapes.
Aromas: Spices, Strawberries
“I loved the 2019 Bellissime rosé from the Jaume family, which strikes a good balance between a lighter, Provençal rosé and the richer styled Tavel rosé. Revealing a more medium ruby, almost salmon hue with a great nose of salted melon, light strawberries, and white flowers, it has subtle hint of minerality, medium-bodied richness, a great texture, and a clean, crisp finish. It’s another beautiful effort from this team that can stand on its own yet also shine on the dinner table. Drink it over the coming summer months” – Jeb Dunnuck , 91/100

Crémant de Bourgogne Brut ~ Domaine Paul Chollet
Resulting from the blending of the 3 main grape varieties of Burgundy, coming from vineyards located in Côtes de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Hautes Côtes. The Pinot Noir is most used in this cuvée (70%) because of its privileged location in the heart of the traditional red vines of Burgundy. It offers strength and fruit, linked with the fineness and the elegance of Chardonnay and the freshness of Aligoté. The different origins of the grapes used in our blendings ensure that our cuvées have a perfect balance.
This Crémant is ideal for apéritifs, cocktails or events, served with a fruit cream or can be enjoyed on it?s own. Thanks to its personality it can be tasted with pleasure all along a meal.
