‘Oro de Plata’ Petaluma Gap ~ Keller Estate

balanced and expressive wines with a true sense of place.The 2020 Oro de Plata, comprised of 100% Old Wente Clone, was carefully hand-harvested over several cold autumn nights. The fruit
was gently pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks for slow fermentation under low temperatures. After four weeks, fermentation was complete, and the wine was left in the tanks to age on the lees for three months, never undergoing malolactic fermentation. After aging, the Oro de Plata Chardonnay was filtered, then bottled using a Nomacorc 100 closure, with a specific low oxygen ingress rate.Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Aromas: Lemon curd, crisp green apple, and jasmine.

Buzet ~ Château Loustalet
The nose is intense, flattering yet remaining elegant and complex with floral nuances delicately highlighted by vanilla notes.
The attack is ample with volume and a remarkable “sugariness”. There is an acidity that is present but never excessive and brings a delicate freshness to this complex wine that can be served as an aperitif or during a gourmet meal.
This wine would be perfect with fish, poultry and dishes served in a sauce.
Can also be served as an aperitif.

Winemaker Marie-Ange Robin represents the fourth generation of vine growers in the family. It was her father Guy who, parcel by parcel, purchased Chablis vineyards in the 1950s; yet it is Marie-Ange who has brought the winery to a level of greatness for which it was always destined. There are few other Chablis estates with such a rich collection of older-vine rootstock, and as a result, few other estates that deliver Chablis wines of such character and complexity. Some 80 percent of the family’s vines today—across five grand cru and four premier cru vineyards—are “vieilles vignes” or older vines.

Chardonnay ‘Le Parc’ Vin d’Oc ~ Domaine de Raissac
A fruity and expressive golden Chardonnay from the south of France. Fantastic value & perfect for entertaining! Crystalline pale yellow colour with silver reflections. Delicate aromas of apricots and field flowers. Very little oak is used to produce the wine, making it fresh and easy to drink.

Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru ‘Morgeot’ ~ Domaine Justin Girardin
This wine has a wonderfully powerful nose with great length with a mineral finish. Best to drink between 2 and 6 years and serve at 12°C. Paired best with seafood and chicken dishes.

Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé ~ Domaine Paul Chollet
A fantastic sparkling rosé that is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Domaine Paul Chollet is a small scale operation that harvests all the grapes by hand. This crémant is pale in colour and a fine example with low levels of sugar allowing the quality of the wine to really shine through.

Crémant de Bourgogne Brut ~ Domaine Paul Chollet
Resulting from the blending of the 3 main grape varieties of Burgundy, coming from vineyards located in Côtes de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Hautes Côtes. The Pinot Noir is most used in this cuvée (70%) because of its privileged location in the heart of the traditional red vines of Burgundy. It offers strength and fruit, linked with the fineness and the elegance of Chardonnay and the freshness of Aligoté. The different origins of the grapes used in our blendings ensure that our cuvées have a perfect balance.
This Crémant is ideal for apéritifs, cocktails or events, served with a fruit cream or can be enjoyed on it?s own. Thanks to its personality it can be tasted with pleasure all along a meal.
