Viognier
Viognier is an individual shy bearing vine, producing the famous supurb dry wines of Condrieu, Château Grillet and of the Rhône Valley. The variety is also grown in many regions of southern France, where it typically produces off-dry and aromatic style wines. It is also grown in many New World producing countries and in many cases can serve as a great aperitif.
